حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى الْعَامِرِيِّ أَنَّهُ جَاءَ حَسَنٌ وَحُسَيْنٌ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُمَا يَسْتَبِقَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَضَمَّهُمَا إِلَيْهِ وَقَالَ إِنَّ الْوَلَدَ مَبْخَلَةٌ مَجْبَنَةٌ وَإِنَّ آخِرَ وَطْأَةٍ وَطِئَهَا الرَّحْمَنُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِوَجٍّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan told us, Wuhayb told us, Abdullah ibn Uthman ibn Khuthaym told us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Rashid, from Ya'la al-Amiri, that Hasan and Husayn, may Allah Most High be pleased with them both, came racing toward the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, so he embraced them both to himself and said, "Indeed the child is a cause of miserliness and cowardice, and the last step the Most Merciful, Mighty and Majestic, took was at Wajj."
