Waki' told us, al-A'mash told us, from al-Minhal ibn Amr, from Ya'la ibn Murrah, from his father - Waki' said: Murrah, meaning al-Thaqafi, and he did not say 'Murrah from his father' - that a woman came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with a child of hers who had a form of madness. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'Come out, enemy of Allah, I am the Messenger of Allah.' He said: So he was cured, and she presented him with two rams and some dried curd and some clarified butter. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'Take the dried curd and the clarified butter and one of the two rams, and return the other to her.'
