حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَ مُطَرِّفٌ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَشْتُمُنِي وَهُوَ أَنْقَصُ مِنِّي نَسَبًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُسْتَبَّانِ شَيْطَانَانِ يَتَهَاتَرَانِ وَيَتَكَاذَبَانِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعَلِّمَكُمْ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِيكُمْ تَبَعًا لَا يَبْغُونَ أَهْلًا وَذَكَرَ الْكَذِبَ وَالْبُخْلَ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ قَالَ مُطَرِّفٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ الشَّنْظِيرُ الْفَاحِشُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus told us, Shayban told us, from Qatadah, who said: And Mutarrif narrated from Iyad ibn Himar that he asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of a man who curses me while he is lower than me in lineage? The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The two who curse each other are two devils who slander and lie against one another. Abd al-Wahhab told us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah, from Mutarrif ibn Abd Allah ibn al-Shikhkhir, from Iyad ibn Himar, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said in his sermon one day: Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has commanded me to teach you — and he mentioned the hadith, except that he said: those who are followers among you, seeking neither family nor wealth — and he mentioned lying and miserliness. Sa'id said: Mutarrif said, from Qatadah: al-Shanzir is the foul, obscene one.
