Hayyah ibn Shurayh, that is Ibn Yazid al-Hadrami, and Yazid ibn Abd Rabbihi told us, they said: Baqiyyah told us, he said: Bahir ibn Sa'd told me, from Khalid ibn Ma'dan, from Ibn Abi Bilal, from Irbad ibn Sariyah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The martyrs and those who die on their beds will dispute before our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, concerning those who die of the plague. The martyrs will say: Our brothers were killed just as we were killed. And those who died on their beds will say: Our brothers died on their beds just as we died on our beds. So the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, will say: Look at their wounds; if their wounds resemble the wounds of those who were killed, then they are among them and with them. And their wounds will indeed be found to resemble theirs.
