حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيَعْجَزُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الصَّمَدُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Rahman - that is, Ibn Mahdi - narrated to us from Sufyan, from Abu Qays, from Amr ibn Maymun, from Abu Mas'ud, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Is any of you unable to recite a third of the Qur'an in a night? 'Say, He is Allah, the One, Allah, the Everlasting Refuge.'
