قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَمَّاهُ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ قَالَ أُرَاهُ قَدْ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ النَّاسَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَنَا أُجُورٌ بِمَكَّةَ قَالَ فَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ كَذَبُوا لَتَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ أُجُورُكُمْ وَلَوْ كُنْتُمْ فِي جُحْرِ ثَعْلَبٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: Affan told us, he said: Shu'bah told us: al-Nu'man ibn Salim informed me from a man he named, from Jubayr ibn Mut'im - he said: I think he heard it from Jubayr ibn Mut'im - who said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, the people claim that we have no reward at Mecca. He said - I think he said: They lied - your rewards will surely come to you, even if you were in a fox's den.
