'Abdullah narrated to us: 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Umar narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad al-Darawardi narrated to us -- 'Amr ibn Yahya said: he narrated to me -- from Yahya ibn 'Umarah, from his grandfather Abu Hasan, who said: I went into the markets -- and he said, "I stirred up" -- and al-Qawariri once said, "so I took two young pigeons," and their mother was fluttering over them, and I wanted to take them. He said: Then Abu Hasan came in to me and pulled out a stick and struck me with it. A woman among us called Maryam said to me, "You have suffered indeed, from his arm and from the breaking of the stick!" He said to me: "Did you not know that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, declared sacred what is between the two lava-tracts (harrahs) of Medina?"
