قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ حَبَّانَ بْنِ وَاسِعٍ عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا سَأَلَ جَعَلَ بَاطِنَ كَفَّيْهِ إِلَيْهِ وَإِذَا اسْتَعَاذَ جَعَلَ ظَاهِرَهُمَا إِلَيْهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: Yahya ibn Ishaq told us: Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Habban ibn Wasi', from Khallad ibn al-Sa'ib al-Ansari, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he asked Allah for something, would turn the palms of his hands toward himself, and when he sought refuge from something, he would turn the backs of his hands toward himself.
