قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَقَالَ كُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ قَالَ لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ قَالَ لَا اسْتَطَعْتَ قَالَ فَمَا وَصَلَتْ إِلَى فِيهِ بَعْدُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah, who said: Iyas ibn Salamah narrated to me, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw a man eating with his left hand and said: "Eat with your right hand." He said: "I cannot." He said: "May you never be able to." He said: His hand never reached his mouth again afterward.
