حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ شِعَارُنَا لَيْلَةَ بَيَّتْنَا فِي هَوَازِنَ مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ وَأَمَّرَهُ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمِتْ أَمِتْ وَقَتَّلْتُ بِيَدَيَّ لَيْلَتَئِذٍ سَبْعَةً أَهْلَ أَبْيَاتٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us: 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, from Iyas ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwa', from his father, who said: Our password on the night we raided Hawazin with Abu Bakr al-Siddiq - whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had placed in command over us - was "Kill, kill," and I killed seven people of one household with my own hands that night.
