حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ نَضْرِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يُوسُفَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ يَقُولُ سَمَّانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوسُفَ.

Waki' told us: Mis'ar told us, from Nadr ibn Qays, who said: I heard Yusuf ibn Abdullah ibn Salam say: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, named me Yusuf."
