حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْمُقْعَدِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ قُرِّبَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامٌ فَقَالَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ اذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ وَلْيَأْكُلْ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِمَّا يَلِيهِ إِذَا قَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَذَكَرَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى صِدْقِهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَكُمْ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَجْزَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ يَا بُنَيَّ ادْنُهْ وَسَمِّ اللَّهَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan ibn Musa told us: Ibn Lahi'a told us: Abu al-Aswad told us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Sa'd al-Muq'ad, from Umar ibn Abi Salama, who said: Food was brought near to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said to his companions: "Mention the name of Allah, and let each person eat from what is in front of him." When Ibn Ishaq said 'and mentioned' without having heard it himself, that indicates his truthfulness. He said: I read to my father: Abu Sa'id, freedman of Banu Hashim, told you: Sulayman ibn Bilal told us: Abu Wajza told us, from Umar ibn Abi Salama, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "O my son, come near, mention the name of Allah, and eat from what is in front of you."
