حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْبَهْرَانِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ وَكَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالزَّاوِيَةِ فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ مِنْ الْبَرَازِ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فَتَعَجَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا هَذَا قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ مَا فَعَلْتُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Sa'd said: He used to perform wudu in the corner. One day he came out to us from relieving himself, then performed wudu and wiped over his leather socks. We were amazed and said: 'What is this?' He said: 'My father told me that he saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) do just as I did.'
