سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ أَتَى عَطْشَانًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَلَا فَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُبَيْرَاءَ قَالَ هَذَا الشَّيْخُ ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ يَقُولُ مِثْلَهُ فَلَمْ يَخْتَلِفَا إِلَّا فِي بَيْتٍ أَوْ مَضْجَعٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
"I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Whoever drinks wine will come thirsty on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, every intoxicant is wine, so beware of al-ghubayra'.'" This elderly man said this. Then I heard Abdullah ibn Amr say the same after that, and they did not differ except regarding "a house" or "a resting-place."
