حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ السَّائِبِ كَانَ يَقُودُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَيُقِيمُهُ عِنْدَ الشِّقَّةِ الثَّالِثَةِ مِمَّا يَلِي الْبَابَ مِمَّا يَلِي الْحَجَرَ فَقُلْتُ يَعْنِي الْقَائِلُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُومُ هَاهُنَا أَوْ يُصَلِّي هَاهُنَا فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ فَيَقُومُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَيُصَلِّي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from al-Sa'ib ibn Umar, who said: Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Sa'ib told me that Abdullah ibn al-Sa'ib used to lead Abdullah ibn Abbas and stand him at the third curtain-panel near the door, near the Black Stone. He said - meaning the speaker, Ibn Abbas - to Abdullah ibn al-Sa'ib: "Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, use to stand here, or pray here?" He said, "Yes." So Ibn Abbas would stand and pray.
