Abu Mu'awiyah told us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Some people of monotheism will be punished in the Fire until they become charred remains in it. Then mercy will overtake them, and they will be brought out and thrown at the gate of Paradise, and the people of Paradise will sprinkle water over them, and they will sprout as silt sprouts amid flood-carried debris. Then they will enter Paradise."
