Muhammad ibn Bakr told us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed Dhuhr in Medina with four rak'ahs, and prayed 'Asr at Dhu al-Hulayfa with two rak'ahs, then spent the night at Dhu al-Hulayfa until morning. When he mounted his ride and it stood upright with him, he entered the state of ihram.
