حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَعْلَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَخَذَ رَجُلًا يَصِيدُ فِي حَرَمِ الْمَدِينَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَلَبَهُ ثِيَابَهُ فَجَاءَ مَوَالِيهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَرَّمَ هَذَا الْحَرَمَ وَقَالَ مَنْ رَأَيْتُمُوهُ يَصِيدُ فِيهِ شَيْئًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ فَلَا أَرُدُّ عَلَيْكُمْ طُعْمَةً أَطْعَمَنِيهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَكِنْ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَعْطَيْتُكُمْ ثَمَنَهُ وَقَالَ عَفَّانُ مَرَّةً إِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَنْ أُعْطِيَكُمْ ثَمَنَهُ أَعْطَيْتُكُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sulayman ibn Abi Abdullah said: I saw Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas seize a man who was hunting in the sacred precinct of Madinah, which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had declared sacred, and he took his clothes. The man's masters came, and Sa'd said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) declared this precinct sacred and said: Whoever you find hunting in it, you may take his belongings as spoil. So I will not return them to you.'
