حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَبُّنَا عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ يَسْتَجِيرُ بِهَا الْعَبْدُ مِنْ النَّارِ وَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Abu al-Zubayr told us, from Jabir: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Our Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, said: Fasting is a shield by which the servant seeks refuge from the Fire; it is for Me, and I reward for it."
