حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كَسَعَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ فَاجْتَمَعَ قَوْمُ ذَا وَقَوْمُ ذَا وَقَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا لَلْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَقَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا لَلْأَنْصَارِ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ دَعُوهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُنْتِنَةٌ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَلَا مَا بَالُ دَعْوَى أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَلَا مَا بَالُ دَعْوَى أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus told us, Hammad - meaning Ibn Zayd - told us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: A man from the Muhajirun struck a man from the Ansar, and the people of each group gathered, and these called out, "O Muhajirun!" and those called out, "O Ansar!" That reached the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, "Leave it, for it is rotten." Then he said, "What is this call of the people of pre-Islamic ignorance? What is this call of the people of pre-Islamic ignorance?"
