حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ زَمَانَ الْفَتْحِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْبَيْتَ وَهُوَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ فَيَمْحُوَ كُلَّ صُورَةٍ فِيهِ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْهُ حَتَّى مُحِيَتْ كُلُّ صُورَةٍ فِيهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Abu al-Zubayr told us: Jabir ibn Abdullah told me: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, at the time of the conquest, while he was at al-Batha, to go to the House and erase every image in it. He, the Prophet, did not enter it until every image in it had been erased.
