حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَنْبَأَنَا زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ { مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ } وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالدَّيْنِ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ وَإِنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ يَرِثُ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ لِأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ دُونَ أَخِيهِ لِأَبِيهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ali said: 'You recite: After any bequest that is bequeathed or any debt. But indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled that debts should be settled before bequests. And the full siblings inherit from one another rather than the half-siblings from the father's side; a man inherits from his full brother rather than from his paternal half-brother.'
