حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ عَنْ الضَّبُعِ قُلْتُ آكُلُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ أَصَيْدٌ هِيَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ سَمِعْتَ ذَاكَ مِنْ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Bakr told us: Ibn Jurayj told us: Abdullah ibn Ubayd ibn Umayr informed me that Abd al-Rahman ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Ammar informed him, who said: I asked Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari about the hyena. I said: "May I eat it?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Is it game?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Did you hear that from the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?" He said: "Yes."
