حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ جَاءَ سُلَيْكٌ الْغَطَفَانِيُّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ فَجَلَسَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَلْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لِيَجْلِسْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: Sulayk al-Ghatafani came on a Friday while the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was delivering the sermon, and he sat down. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When one of you comes on Friday while the imam is delivering the sermon, let him pray two rak'ahs, then sit down."
