'Affan told us, Wuhayb told us, Khalid told us, Ayyub told us, from Abu Qilabah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the noon prayer in Madinah with four rak'ahs, then prayed the afternoon prayer at Dhu'l-Hulayfah with two rak'ahs, and spent the night there until morning. When he had prayed the dawn prayer, he mounted his riding beast, and when it set off with him he glorified God and said the takbir until it brought him level with al-Bayda'. Then he combined the two forms of talbiyah together. When we arrived in Makkah, the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered them to release themselves from ihram. Then, on the Day of Tarwiyah, they entered ihram again for Hajj, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, slaughtered seven sacrificial camels with his own hand, standing, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, sacrificed two horned rams, black-and-white in color.
