حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا ابْتَلَى اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ الْمُسْلِمَ بِبَلَاءٍ فِي جَسَدِهِ قَالَ لِلْمَلَكِ اكْتُبْ لَهُ صَالِحَ عَمَلِهِ الَّذِي كَانَ يَعْمَلُ فَإِنْ شَفَاهُ غَسَلَهُ وَطَهَّرَهُ وَإِنْ قَبَضَهُ غَفَرَ لَهُ وَرَحِمَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan told us: Hammad ibn Salama told us: Abu Rabi'a told us, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When Allah afflicts the Muslim servant with an affliction in his body, He says to the angel: 'Record for him the good deeds he used to do.' Then if He cures him, He washes him and purifies him; and if He takes his soul, He forgives him and has mercy on him."
