حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُخْتَارُ بْنُ فُلْفُلٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةً فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي إِمَامُكُمْ فَلَا تَسْبِقُونِي بِالرُّكُوعِ وَلَا بِالسُّجُودِ وَلَا بِالْقِيَامِ فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِي ثُمَّ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ رَأَيْتُمْ مَا رَأَيْتُ لَضَحِكْتُمْ قَلِيلًا وَلَبَكَيْتُمْ كَثِيرًا قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا رَأَيْتَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ الْجَنَّةَ وَالنَّارَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid narrated to us, al-Mukhtar ibn Fulful narrated to us, Anas ibn Malik narrated to us, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed a prayer, then turned his face toward us and said, "I am your imam, so do not precede me in bowing, prostrating, or standing, for I see you from in front of me and from behind me." Then he said, "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what did you see?" He said, "I saw Paradise and the Fire."
