حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ قَبَاءَ أُكَيْدِرَ حِينَ قُدِمَ بِهِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَعَلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَلْمِسُونَهُ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ وَيَتَعَجَّبُونَ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ هَذَا فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَمَنَادِيلُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَحْسَنُ مِنْ هَذَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ya'qub told us: My father told us, from Ibn Ishaq, who said: Asim ibn Umar ibn Qatada told me, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: I saw the cloak of Ukaydir when it was brought to the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him. The Muslims began touching it with their hands and marveling at it. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Do you marvel at this? By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the handkerchiefs of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh in Paradise are finer than this.'
