حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ يُحِبُّ الْقَوْمَ وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ عَمَلَهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ قَالَ حَسَنٌ أَعْمَالَهُمْ قَالَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ قَالَ ثَابِتٌ فَكَانَ أَنَسٌ إِذَا حَدَّثَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ فَإِنَّا نُحِبُّكَ وَنُحِبُّ رَسُولَكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus and Hasan ibn Musa told us, they said: Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Anas ibn Malik, that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah, a man loves a people but has not attained their level of deeds." The Messenger of Allah said, "A man is with those he loves." Hasan said: "has not attained their deeds." "A man is with those he loves." Thabit said: Whenever Anas related this hadith, he would say, "O Allah, indeed we love You and love Your Messenger."
