حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّاجُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ ابْنَهُ عَلَى قَضَاءِ الْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ طَلَبَ الْقَضَاءَ وَاسْتَعَانَ عَلَيْهِ وُكِلَ إِلَيْهِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَطْلُبْهُ وَلَمْ يَسْتَعِنْ عَلَيْهِ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مَلَكًا يُسَدِّدُهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aswad ibn Amir told us: Isra'il told us, from Abd al-A'la, from Bilal ibn Abi Musa, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: al-Hajjaj wanted to appoint his son over the judgeship of Basra, so Anas said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever seeks judgeship and seeks help to attain it will be left to himself; but whoever does not seek it nor seek help for it, Allah sends down an angel to guide him rightly.
