حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَخْضِبْ قَطُّ إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْبَيَاضُ فِي مُقَدَّمِ لِحْيَتِهِ وَفِي الْعَنْفَقَةِ وَفِي الرَّأْسِ وَفِي الصُّدْغَيْنِ شَيْئًا لَا يَكَادُ يُرَى وَإِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ خَضَبَ بِالْحِنَّاءِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id told us: al-Muthanna told us, from Qatada, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never dyed his hair; the whiteness was only in the front of his beard, and in the tuft below his lip, and on his head, and at his temples, barely visible. And Abu Bakr dyed his hair with henna.
