حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ الْخَادِمُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ تَأْخُذُ بِيَدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا يَنْزِعُ يَدَهُ مِنْهَا حَتَّى تَذْهَبَ بِهِ حَيْثُ شَاءَتْ.

Abd al-Samad told us: Shu'ba told us: Ali ibn Zayd informed us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: If the servant girl among the people of Madinah - even a slave girl - took hold of the hand of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, he would not withdraw his hand from her until she took him wherever she wished.
