حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَزَالُ الْعَبْدُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا لَمْ يَسْتَعْجِلْ قَالُوا وَكَيْفَ يَسْتَعْجِلُ قَالَ يَقُولُ قَدْ دَعَوْتُ رَبِّي فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِبْ لِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Samad told us, Abu Hilal told us, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The servant continues to be in good state so long as he does not grow impatient. They said: And how does he grow impatient? He said: He says: I have prayed to my Lord and He has not answered me.
