حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ مَرُّوا بِجِنَازَةٍ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَمَرُّوا بِجَنَازَةٍ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا شَرًّا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي مُرَّ بِجَنَازَةٍ فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فَقُلْتَ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَمُرَّ بِجَنَازَةٍ فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَيْهَا شَرًّا فَقُلْتَ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ وَجَبَتْ فَقَالَ مَنْ أَثْنَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَمَنْ أَثْنَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ شَرًّا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il narrated to us: Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, from Anas, who said: They passed by a funeral bier and praised it well, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is assured, it is assured, it is assured." Then they passed by another bier and spoke ill of it, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is assured, it is assured, it is assured." Umar said: "May my father and mother be your ransom! A bier passed by and was praised well, and you said, 'It is assured, it is assured, it is assured'; and a bier passed by and was spoken of ill, and you said, 'It is assured, it is assured, it is assured.'" He said: "Whoever you praise well, Paradise becomes assured for him; and whoever you speak ill of, the Fire becomes assured for him. You are Allah's witnesses on earth, you are Allah's witnesses on earth, you are Allah's witnesses on earth."
