حَدَّثَنَا غَسَّانُ بْنُ مُضَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ يَزِيدَ أَبُو مَسْلَمَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا أَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ { بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ } أَوْ { الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ } فَقَالَ إِنَّكَ لَتَسْأَلُنِي عَنْ شَيْءٍ مَا أَحْفَظُهُ أَوْ مَا سَأَلَنِي أَحَدٌ قَبْلَكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ghassan ibn Mudar told us, Sa'id -- meaning Ibn Yazid Abu Maslamah -- told us, who said: I asked Anas, "Did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recite 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful' or 'Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds'?" He said, "You are indeed asking me about something I do not remember, or something no one has asked me before."
