Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, who said: Anas ibn Malik informed me, saying: The prayers were made obligatory upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on the night he was taken on the Night Journey, as fifty prayers, then they were reduced until they were made five; then it was called out: "O Muhammad, the word is not changed with Me, and for you these five will count as fifty."
