حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ أَخْبَرَنِي سُهَيْلٌ أَخُو حَزْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ { أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ } قَالَ قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ أَنَا أَهْلٌ أَنْ أُتَّقَى فَلَا يُجْعَلْ مَعِي إِلَهٌ فَمَنْ اتَّقَى أَنْ يَجْعَلَ مَعِي إِلَهًا كَانَ أَهْلًا أَنْ أَغْفِرَ لَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us: Suhayl, brother of Hazm, informed me: Thabit al-Bunani narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, recited this verse: "the people worthy of piety and the people worthy of forgiveness." He said: Your Lord said: "I am worthy to be feared, so let no god be set up with Me; and whoever fears setting up a god with Me is worthy that I forgive him."
