حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْقَطَّانِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ اسْتَخْلَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ابْنَ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقَادِسِيَّةِ مَعَهُ رَايَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Anas reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "None of you should wish for death because of harm that befalls him. If he must do something, let him say: 'O Allah, keep me alive so long as life is good for me, and take me when death is good for me.'"
