حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ فِيهِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us, from al-Taymi, from Anas: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, decrepit old age, miserliness, and cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave" — and he also mentioned life and death in it.
