حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةُ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُعَطَّلٍ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ إِنَّ صَفْوَانَ يُفَطِّرُنِي إِذَا صُمْتُ وَيَضْرِبُنِي إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ وَلَا يُصَلِّي الْغَدَاةَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ قَالَ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا تَقُولُ هَذِهِ قَالَ أَمَّا قَوْلُهَا يُفَطِّرُنِي فَإِنِّي رَجُلٌ شَابٌّ وَقَدْ نَهَيْتُهَا أَنْ تَصُومَ قَالَ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَصُومَ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا قَالَ وَأَمَّا قَوْلُهَا إِنِّي أَضْرِبُهَا عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّهَا تَقْرَأُ بِسُورَتَيْنِ فَتُعَطِّلُنِي قَالَ لَوْ قَرَأَهَا النَّاسُ مَا ضَرَّكَ وَأَمَّا قَوْلُهَا إِنِّي لَا أُصَلِّي حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَإِنِّي ثَقِيلُ الرَّأْسِ وَأَنَا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يُعْرَفُونَ بِذَاكَ بِثِقَلِ الرُّءُوسِ قَالَ فَإِذَا قُمْتَ فَصَلِّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aswad ibn Amir told us, Abu Bakr told us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Sa'id, who said: "The wife of Safwan ibn al-Mu'attal came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: 'Safwan makes me break my fast when I fast, and beats me when I pray, and does not pray the dawn prayer until the sun has risen.'" He said: "So he sent for him and said: 'What does this woman say?'" He said: "As for her saying that I make her break her fast - I am a young man, and I have forbidden her to fast." He said: "So on that day the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade a woman from fasting except with her husband's permission." He said: "And as for her saying that I beat her over the prayer - she recites two surahs, and that disrupts me." He said: "'Even if the people recited them, it would not harm you.'" "And as for her saying that I do not pray until the sun rises - I am heavy-headed, and I am from a household known for that, for heaviness of the head." He said: "'Then when you get up, pray.'"
