حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ لَا يَشِفُّ بَعْضُهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَلَا تَبِيعُوا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ لَا يَشِفُّ بَعْضُهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَلَا تَبِيعُوا غَائِبًا بِنَاجِزٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us: al-Awza'i narrated to us, he said: Yahya — that is, Ibn Abi Kathir — narrated to me, from Nafi', the freedman of Ibn Umar: Abu Sa'id al-Khudri narrated to us, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not sell gold for gold except like for like, with no increase of one over the other, and do not sell silver for silver except like for like, with no increase of one over the other, and do not sell something absent for something present."
