حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ خُلَيْدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَالْمُسْتَمِرِّ قَالَا سَمِعْنَا أَبَا نَضْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ حَشَتْ خَاتَمَهَا مِسْكًا وَالْمِسْكُ أَطْيَبُ الطِّيبِ.

Yazid narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, from Khulayd b. Ja'far and al-Mustamirr, who said: We heard Abu Nadrah narrate from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned a woman of the Children of Israel who stuffed her signet ring with musk, and musk is the best of perfumes.
