حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ غُنْدَرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ.

Muhammad ibn Ja'far — Ghundar — narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said concerning the fetus: "Its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother."
