حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْكُرُ فِي الْحَرُورِيَّةِ شَيْئًا قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَذْكُرُ قَوْمًا يَتَعَمَّقُونَ فِي الدِّينِ يَحْقِرُ أَحَدُكُمْ صَلَاتَهُ عِنْدَ صَلَاتِهِمْ وَصَوْمَهُ عِنْدَ صَوْمِهِمْ يَمْرُقُونَ مِنْ الدِّينِ كَمَا يَمْرُقُ السَّهْمُ مِنْ الرَّمِيَّةِ أَخَذَ سَهْمَهُ فَنَظَرَ فِي نَصْلِهِ فَلَمْ يَرَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ نَظَرَ فِي رُصَافِهِ فَلَمْ يَرَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ نَظَرَ فِي قِدْحَتِهِ فَلَمْ يَرَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ نَظَرَ فِي الْقُذَذِ فَتَمَارَى هَلْ يَرَى شَيْئًا أَمْ لَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us, Muhammad ibn 'Amr told us, from Abu Salamah, who said: A man came to Abu Sa'id and said, "Did you hear the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) mention anything about the Haruriyyah?" He said: I heard him mention a people who go to excess in religion, such that one of you will consider his own prayer insignificant compared to their prayer, and his fasting compared to their fasting; they will pass out of the religion as an arrow passes through its target - the hunter takes his arrow and looks at its head and sees nothing, then looks at its binding and sees nothing, then looks at its shaft and sees nothing, then looks at its feathers and is uncertain whether he sees anything or not.
