حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي وَأَنَا مَعَهُ حِينَ يَذْكُرُنِي وَاللَّهُ أَفْرَحُ بِتَوْبَةِ عَبْدِهِ مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ يَجِدُ ضَالَّتَهُ بِالْفَلَاةِ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أُرَاهُ ضَالَّتَهُ وَمَنْ تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ شِبْرًا تَقَرَّبْتُ إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعًا وَمَنْ تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعًا تَقَرَّبْتُ إِلَيْهِ بَاعًا فَإِذَا أَقْبَلَ إِلَيَّ يَمْشِي أَقْبَلْتُ إِلَيْهِ أُهَرْوِلُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'A group of angels at night and a group during the day take turns among you. They meet at the Fajr prayer and at the Asr prayer. Those who spent the night among you ascend, and Allah asks them — though He knows best about them — How did you leave My servants? They say: We left them praying and we came to them praying.'
