حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَغَرِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ وَقَفَتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ عَلَى أَبْوَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَيَكْتُبُونَ الْأَوَّلَ فَالْأَوَّلَ فَمَثَلُ الْمُهَجِّرِ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي يُهْدِي بَدَنَةً ثُمَّ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي بَقَرَةً ثُمَّ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي كَبْشًا ثُمَّ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي دَجَاجَةً ثُمَّ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي بَيْضَةً فَإِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ وَقَعَدَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ طَوَوْا صُحُفَهُمْ وَجَلَسُوا يَسْتَمِعُونَ الذِّكْرَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'On the day of Jumu'ah, the angels stand at the doors of the mosque recording the first to arrive, then the next. The one who comes earliest to Jumu'ah is like one who offers a camel in sacrifice, then like one who offers a cow, then like one who offers a ram, then like one who offers a chicken, then like one who offers an egg. When the imam comes out and sits on the pulpit, they roll up their scrolls and sit to listen to the reminder.'
