حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بَيْدَ أَنَّهُمْ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا وَأُوتِينَاهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ وَهَذَا يَوْمُهُمْ الَّذِي فُرِضَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَاخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ فَهَدَانَا اللَّهُ لَهُ فَالنَّاسُ لَنَا فِيهِ تَبَعٌ الْيَوْمَ لَنَا ولِلْيَهُودِ غَدًا وَلِلنَّصَارَى بَعْدَ غَدٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us: Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "We are the last to come, the foremost on the Day of Resurrection, except that they were given the Book before us, while we were given it after them. And this is their day which was prescribed for them, but they differed concerning it, so Allah guided us to it; the people are our followers regarding it - today is ours, tomorrow is for the Jews, and the day after for the Christians."
