926/1216(صحيح)عن عبد الله بن عمرو، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" خلتان لا يحصيهما(1)رجل مسلم إلا دخل الجنة، وهما يسيرٌ، ومن يعمل بهما قليل". قيل وما هما يا رسول الله؟ قال:" يكبر أحدكم في دبر كل صلاة عشراً ويحمد عشراً، ويسبح عشراً، فذلك خمسون ومائة على اللسان، وألف خمسمائة في الميزان". فرأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعدهن بيده(2)."وإذا آوى إلى فراشه سبحه وحمده وكبره(3)، فتلك مائة على اللسان، وألف في الميزن، فأيكم يعمل في اليوم والليلة ألفين وخمسمائة سيئة؟" قيل: يا رسول الله! كيف لا يحصيهما؟ قال:"يأتي أحدكم الشيطان في صلاته، فيذكره حاجة كذا وكذا، فلا يذكره"(4).

Abdullah ibn Amr reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'There are two qualities which no Muslim practices regularly except that he enters Paradise. They are easy, yet few act upon them.' It was asked: 'What are they, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'After each prayer, one of you says Allahu Akbar ten times, Al-hamdulillah ten times, and SubhanAllah ten times. That is one hundred and fifty on the tongue, and one thousand five hundred in the Scale.' I saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) counting them on his hand. 'And when he retires to bed, he glorifies, praises, and magnifies [Allah one hundred times]. That is one hundred on the tongue and one thousand in the Scale. Which of you commits two thousand five hundred sins in a day and night?' It was asked: 'O Messenger of Allah! How is it that he does not keep count of them?' He said: 'Shaytan comes to one of you during prayer and reminds him of such-and-such need, so he does not remember [to count].'
