حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ بِئْسَمَا عَدَلْتُمُونَا بِالْحِمَارِ وَالْكَلْبِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ غَمَزَ رِجْلِي فَضَمَمْتُهَا إِلَىَّ ثُمَّ يَسْجُدُ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) says: 'How badly you have compared us to the donkey and the dog! I myself saw the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) praying while I lay across in front of him. When he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) wished to prostrate, he would press my feet, so I would draw them in, and then he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would prostrate.'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: تم نے ہمیں گدھے اور کتے کے برابر کر دیا — کتنی بری بات ہے! میں نے خود دیکھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نماز پڑھتے اور میں آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے سامنے آڑی لیٹی ہوتی۔ جب آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سجدہ کرنا چاہتے تو میرے پاؤں دبا دیتے، میں انہیں سمیٹ لیتی، پھر آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سجدہ فرماتے۔
