حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يُصَلِّي مُسْبِلاً إِزَارَهُ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اذْهَبْ فَتَوَضَّأْ " . فَذَهَبَ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ ثُمَّ قَالَ " اذْهَبْ فَتَوَضَّأْ " . فَذَهَبَ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا لَكَ أَمَرْتَهُ أَنَّ يَتَوَضَّأَ فَقَالَ " إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ مُسْبِلٌ إِزَارَهُ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى لاَ يَقْبَلُ صَلاَةَ رَجُلٍ مُسْبِلٍ إِزَارَهُ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: 'A man was praying while trailing his lower garment. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated to him: "Go and perform ablution." He went, performed ablution, and returned. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) again said: "Go and perform ablution." He went, performed ablution, and came back. A man then asked: "O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), why did you order him to perform ablution?" He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "He was praying while trailing his lower garment, and indeed Allah the Exalted does not accept the prayer of a man who trails his lower garment."'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: ایک شخص اپنا تہبند لٹکائے ہوئے نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا: جاؤ اور وضو کرو۔ وہ گیا اور وضو کیا پھر واپس آیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے پھر فرمایا: جاؤ اور وضو کرو۔ وہ گیا اور وضو کر کے آیا۔ تو ایک شخص نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ نے اسے وضو کا حکم کیوں دیا؟ ارشاد فرمایا: وہ تہبند لٹکائے ہوئے نماز پڑھ رہا تھا، اور بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ تہبند لٹکانے والے شخص کی نماز قبول نہیں فرماتا۔
